TempsPlus Employees (Part-Time Candidates)
By registering with TempsPlus Employment Services (“TEMPS”), all Part-Time workers agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Non-Solicitation Clause: You may not seek direct employment with clients you are assigned to through TEMPS.
- Registration Fee: A one-time fee of USD $25.00 is required.
- Commission Fee: TEMPS retains 25% of payments for your services.
- Job Briefing: You will be informed of all job details before accepting assignments.
- Confidentiality: You must protect all sensitive information.
- Professional Conduct: You must behave professionally at all times.
- Attendance: You must be punctual and notify TEMPS if unavailable.
- Dress Code: You must follow assignment-specific standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Performance may be reviewed.
- No Direct Payment: All payments must go through TEMPSplus.
- No Subcontracting: Assignments cannot be transferred.
- Incident Reporting: Report all incidents immediately.
- Assignment Refusals: Repeated refusals may affect eligibility.
- Termination: TEMPSplus may terminate registration at any time.
- Update Information: Keep your details current.
- Training: Participation in training may be required.
Full-Time Jobseekers (Candidate Terms)
By registering as a Full-Time Jobseeker on TempsPlus (“TEMPSplus”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Registration Fee: A registration fee may be required and is non-refundable once services are activated.
- Profile Accuracy: All information must be accurate and up to date.
- Job Applications: Applying does not guarantee employment.
- Independent Employment: TempsPlus is a facilitator only. Employment is between you and the company.
- Professional Conduct: You must behave professionally with employers.
- Confidentiality: You must not disclose sensitive information.
- No Guarantee: TempsPlus does not guarantee placement.
- Communication: You must monitor your email and dashboard.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for your account.
- Platform Use: No misuse, spam, or false applications.
- Data Usage: Your profile may be shared with employers.
- Termination: Accounts may be suspended for violations.
Company Terms
By engaging temporary staff from TempsPlus (“TEMPS”), your company agrees to the following:
- No Direct Hiring: No hiring during or within 3 months without consent.
- Service Fees: Fees must be paid as agreed.
- Assignment Confirmation: All job details must be confirmed in writing.
- Workplace Conditions: Must comply with Saint Lucia labour laws.
- Supervision: You manage staff daily activities.
- Time Sheets: Must approve time logs accurately.
- Injury Reporting: Must report incidents immediately.
- Replacement Policy: Reasonable replacements will be provided.
- Confidentiality: Protect worker information.
- Payment Terms: Pay within 48 hours.
- Termination: 48 hours notice required.
- Indemnity: You assume liability under supervision.
