KFC Delivery Driver

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for picking up customers’ orders from our Stores and

delivering them to locations according to Dispatchers instructions. The Delivery Driver will

be responsible for ensuring meals are delivered according to the KFC standards of quality

while abiding by all applicable road codes and health and safety rules. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

 Delivering hot food to customers within the time specified and in accordance with all

quality, health and safety guidelines

 Keep food and delivery paraffin and uniforms clean

 Always keep Cars and Bikes in excellent working condition and clean

 Recording vehicle mileage at the beginning and end of shift (Log keeping)

 Handling customer service issues at the point of delivery

 Perform any other related duties as may be directed from time to time.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

Secondary School Leaving Certificate or equivalent; Appropriate general license to drive trucks;

at least three years&; experience in a similar position, strong customer service skills, strong verbal

and written communication skills. Must have a valid driver/rider’s license in compliance with

local insurance/regulatory guidelines. Functional &; Behavioral Competencies

 Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communications skills

 Computer Literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

 Ability to multitask and work with adjusting priorities
