About This Role
- Take orders for and serve food and beverage to guests as per the resort’s standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
- Inform guests about special items for the day and menu changes if any.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.
- Employ upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Issue receipts, accept payments and return change to guests.
- Coordinate with team members of the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
- Maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
- Strict adherence to HACCP regulations.
- Perform physical activities such as lifting, stooping and carrying.
