We are looking for a sales champion who shares our values to join our team as a Pharmacy Technician. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, managing inventory and providing excellent service to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist
2. Accurately enter prescription information into the pharmacy system
3. Label and package medications for distribution
4. Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
5. Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals
6. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support with professionalism and care
7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
8. Support the pharmacist in administrative tasks and daily operations

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

1. Must hold a certification or diploma in Pharmacy Technician studies (or equivalent)
2. Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is an asset
3. Five CSEC passes at General Level inclusive of Mathematics and English Language
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
6. Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is a plus
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
8. Ability to work a flexible schedule(including weekends and holidays).
