In this role, you'll lead our teams in delivering exceptional service, managing store operations to boost sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and inspiring team motivation.


KEY FUNCTIONS

  1. Plan, organize, control, and coordinate all operational activities in an efficient manner.
  2. Provide leadership and supervision to drive team performance and successfully meet organizational goals.
  3. Plan and schedule work to ensure effective staffing levels and an effective workflow.
  4. Assist the management team with the enforcement of company procedures and policies.
  5. Provide on the job training, coaching and effectively utilize progressive discipline to ensure a high performing team.
  6. Resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
  7. Establish safe working practices and ensure compliance with health & safety protocols.
  8. Manage all delivery and receiving processes and ensure the management of inventory is accurate and store is adequately stocked.
  9. Generate and present reports as necessary.
  10. Assist with stock-takes


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

  1. Associate Degree in Business Management or a related field
  2. A minimum of two (2) years proven supervisory/leadership experience
  3. Experience in the retail industry would be an asset.
  4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  5. Excellent written and oral skills.
  6. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  7. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  8. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
  9. Ability to manage inventory and receiving of stock.
  10. Ability to meet set deadlines.
  11. Must be able to work within a seven (7) day operation.
  12. Must be flexible and able to work at different Home Depot and Sunbilt Locations.
