5.2 With Candidates

Company information may be shared with candidates when applying for jobs.

5.3 Third Parties

6. Email Communications

We use third-party SMTP/email services to send account notifications, job updates, and system messages.

7. Data Retention

  • Suspended accounts and applications: retained for up to 3 months
  • Check-in and location data: retained for up to 2 years
  • Active accounts: retained as long as the account remains in use

At this time, account deletion and full data erasure requests may not be available where data is required for operational, legal, or contractual purposes.
