Team members are required to log into the app 30 minutes before their shift, while at the designated work location. If this does not occur, the temporary employee must contact the company immediately with an update.
Failure to log in or communicate will automatically trigger a no-show alert. In such cases, the company will promptly contact the resort and arrange for a replacement temporary employee to be dispatched to ensure continuity of service.
